Join us for a weekend devoted to your health and wellness, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, as we make the time to put focus, love, and attention on both our physical and mental health.
Spend time alongside other like-minded women as we focus on nourishing our bodies and souls with fresh air, invigorating activity, whole foods, and personal development exercises.
The staff at #Perfectfit4u has an extensive itinerary packed full with our favorite workshops, best knowledge, phenomenal food and favorite activities for you to enjoy over the course of 3 days and 2 nights (Friday early evening- Sunday mid-afternoon).
A full itinerary and packing list will be sent to all registered participants the week prior to the event.
Lodging (Single Mattress Heated Cabin’s), Meals, Snacks & Refreshments will all be provided to each participant. Any dietary concerns or extensive allergies must be communicated to our cooking staff upon purchase of your position.
Our hope is to provide a fun, welcoming and encouraging an environment for all women of all ages and fitness levels. Single attendees, pairs or groups of great friends are all encouraged to join us.
Throughout this weekend retreat, you will put your smartphones and computers aside and begin your journey to finding self-love with a group of supportive and encouraging women and coaches. Sometimes unplugging and disconnecting from your regular routine is just what you need in order to truly connect.
