The #Perfectfit4u 12-week LIFESTYLE program is intended to give potential members an opportunity to work with the Perfectfit4u Coaching Staff over a 12-week time frame.

By signing up for the #Perfectfit4u  12-week program, you are committing to 12-weeks of Perfectfit4u custom nutrition and fitness coaching. This program can be completed online, or in combination with a phone call, FaceTime or in-person meetings. Your custom programming will be adaptive to your current fitness level and goals and will change as needed throughout your 12-week time-frame.

Once you have completed the 12 Week Lifestyle program you will be eligible to roll into our 25% OFF Membership program which will allow you to continue your fitness journey.

  • Access to our #Perfectfit4u Current Client Community Facebook page for daily motivation, question and answer forums, communication with PF4U coaches and other PF4U participants on a similar journey (Optional)
  • Bi-weekly #Perfectfit4u Newsletters sent directly to clients through email. Includes fitness tips and tricks, coaching insights, recipes and motivation (Optional)
  • Monthly official check-ins with a member of the #Perfectfit4u Coaching Staff throughout your programs length (FaceTime, Phone Call, Email, In-Person options available)- option to check in more frequently is also available
  • 12 weeks of 24/7 text access to your coaching staff through our #Perfectfit4u Text Hotline
  • Full email access to #Perfectfit4u Nutrition and Training coaches throughout entire programs length
  • Monthly custom nutrition programming, tailored to your current aesthetic and performance goals and dietary needs and preferences. Nutrition programming will change with client’s updates and feedback.
  • Monthly custom training/activity programming, tailored to your weekly schedule, time availability, fitness-level, equipment options, aesthetic and performance needs. Training/Activity programming will change with client’s updates and feedback.
  • Discounted Body Composition Testing (Optional)
