The life-changing and drastic weight-loss stories do come from those who have purchased the lengthier #Perfectfit4u package, as alterations/updates to plans are progressive when purchasing a 12-week program. When having a client purchase a 3 month program we do make it mandatory that each client check-in with us a minimum of 3x while on their #Perfectfit4u program (a client is still welcome to check-in at any point in time as mentioned with the 4 week program, with any concerns or questions, with every 4 weeks being a minimum). All 12-week clients will receive a updated program 3x while on the plan. Each successive program will incorporate favourite meal items from previous plans, and eliminate any meal items that may no longer be appealing, or that no longer fit their new calculated macronutrient ranges! Using the client’s new check-in information monthly: new weight, new body composition, new goals, as well as their own new personal wishes/desires. A revamped nutrition, training, and cardio program will then made and emailed within the following week of their check in. Also 12-week program clients take priority during Check-In’s as they are guaranteed to be continuing clientele for the following month.
Therefore, the purchase of a 12-week program entitles you to unlimited priority check-ins/questions/email/phone calls throughout your 12 weeks as well as 3 completely different Nutrition and Training Programs in total, each of which is tailored and reassessed from the results obtained in the previous- both nutrition and training programs are progressive in this manner! All plans are customized and tailored to your needs, and your progress, as no two bodies are the same, our coaching team is going to find out what works for you on a personal level, with the hopes of eventually implementing independence so that you can create a healthier lifestyle for yourself without the use of this program in the future!
