The #Perfectfit4u 4-week nutrition program is perfect for those who are looking for a kick start, quick fix or boost to your current nutrition and fitness regime.
This program offers the following:

As this program is only 4 weeks, it does not offer the option for a completely revamped program after one month. #Perfectfit4u will include additional suggestions, meal switches and new workout ideas when needed throughout the program.
After completion of the 4-week program, you are given the opportunity to sign on for the following month if you feel as though a new weight-training, meal-plan, and cardio regime would be beneficial for your progress.
