16-Week Nutrition Program
The 16-week nutrition program is a long-term advanced weight-loss and muscle gaining program.
As this program is long term, clients typically see major changes and our monthly check-ins are used to help determine the following changes:
- Body Composition
- Goals (yes – because this program allows for goal after goal to be accomplished.)
Your check-ins will also provide us key details to allow for completely revamped monthly nutrition and training plans.
This program offers the following:
- A specifically tailored meal plan regime with a variety of meal options that align with your goals and food restrictions.
- A customized cardio plan that parallels the dietary regime created for you.
- A supplementary workout/resistance training program tailored to your specific needs and goals.
- Your personally outlined weekly schedule fit to your work and personal commitments.
- Unlimited access to a text-hotline
- 4 monthly check-ins to rebuild your nutrition and update your fitness goals.
The 16-week program is a life altering program that proves long-term success with clients.
After completion of the 16-week program, clients are given the opportunity to sign on for the following month if they feel as though a new weight-training, meal-plan, and cardio regime would be beneficial for their progress. For clients who have completed the 16-week program and no longer require nutritional programming, we offer a follow-up Macro Counselling program that helps educate our clients on how to make their own nutritional plans.
