This is our most popular program which offers a balance between a long-term commitment but still allowing for significant physical and lifestyle changes.
Our 12-week nutrition program is progressively customized program. This program can be used to target multiple goals such as muscle gain and weight loss.
As with all plans, we will update your nutrition and fitness plan to include your favourite meal items, exercises and to update the macro and micro nutrients ranges.
This program offers the following:
- A specifically tailored meal plan regime with a variety of meal options that align with your goals and food restrictions.
- A customized cardio plan that parallels the dietary regime created for you.
- A supplementary workout/resistance training program tailored to your specific needs and goals.
- Your personally outlined weekly schedule fit to your work and personal commitments.
- Unlimited access to a text-hotline
- 3 monthly check-ins to rebuild your nutrition and update your fitness goals.
The 12-week program is a life changing program that allows for our clients to completely alter their nutritional and fitness habits.
After completion of the 12-week program, clients are given the opportunity to sign on for the following month if they feel as though a new weight-training, meal-plan, and cardio regime would be beneficial for their progress.
